Do you think it’s important that restaurants serve food that’s “authentic” to their chosen nationality? Chikko Cafe for example, proffers Vietnamese cuisine. We’ve never been to Vietnam, so we can’t verify the authenticity. And to be quite honest, we don’t really care that much. As long as the food is tasty and fresh, we’re happy. And we’ve been happy each and every time we’ve eaten at Chikko Cafe.
Eastlands Shopping Centre: Chikko Cafe
Food at shopping centres is not notoriously gourmet. And the food hall (or mall) set-up doesn’t usually provide a memorable ambiance. Chikko Cafe however has a dedicated dining room at the K Mart entrance to Eastlands, facing Kangaroo Bay. It’s quite a pleasant place to rest and refresh during a shopping expedition. We hope you get to sample some of the dishes we’ve enjoyed.
