Vietnamese Dining in Hobart: Sapa Rose
I wish I could describe the aroma when the sizzling plates of food hit the table. Sapa Rose has several small areas which make up their dining room facing Harrington Street. On the night of our visit, every seat was filled and there was a buzzing ambiance.
The honey and pepper lamb was sticky, sweet and peppery all at once. The dish had a generous serve of meat with a great combination of vegetables. Next time we order the crispy duck we’ll get a side-order of vegetables too… but there will be a next time!
