We may have touched a raw nerve in yesterday’s article about St Helens. In particular our comment that the seafood seems “fresher” from the north east fishing village. Oh, the controversy! We would like to make amends by publicly stating we do appreciate fresh seafood from all over Tasmania. If you’re in southern Tasmania, maybe even arriving in the state via the Hobart airport, you might like to try Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods. We did try Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods (as you can see from our photos) and the product was simply amazing.
The business sells fresh seafood plus cooked to order. You can even have grilled fish with salad if you don’t want the regular-style crumbed or battered fish with chips on the side. Find Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods at 50 Loop Road, Cambridge where you can dine-in or take-away. Maybe you’d prefer to follow Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods on Facebook for a while before landing on their doorstep. Their photos will have you tempted before too long! And again, sorry for the misunderstanding… but we still love St Helens!
